"The aromas of red fruits with nutmeg and cinnamon come through clearly as well as notes of light cedar. It's full-bodied with a tight and focused palate and very, very polished tannins. They feel lightly powdery with good tension before the long and vivid finish. Better after 2027."

"Per Sempre represents Syrah in a more typical vinification compared to Keir. It's matured for around 17 to 20 months in new French oak barriques and combines funky, fragrant red berry notes with incisive acidity, balsamic freshness, verticality and salinity. Classic Syrah hints of bacon fat emerge with air, and the ripe, concentrated, cocoa-sprinkled red and black fruits are really nicely balanced. Intense yet light on its feet, this super-fresh red hides its underlying muscularity well. Delicious."

"The 2021 Syrah Per Sempre is a potent, tightly wound wine. Its freshness and structure are admirable, but readers should expect a wine that will require cellaring. The 2021 is far from the more bombastic early editions of Per Sempre. Savory, floral and mineral notes abound, while primary fruit lies more in the background. Oak impact has also been diminished substantially."

2021 페르 셈프레는 강력하면서도 팽팽하게 짜여진 와인이다. 신선함과 구조감이 훌륭하지만, 셀러링이 필요한 스타일임을 유의. 2021은 초기 페르 셈프레의 폭발적 스타일과는 거리가 멀다. 향신료·꽃·미네랄 노트가 풍부하며 1차 과실은 오히려 배경에 자리한다. 오크의 영향력도 상당히 절제됐다.
